These mollusks contain essential nutrients whether cooked or raw, and can be eaten either raw or raw. Since oysters contain a large amount of vitamins B12 and A, they may improve heart, skin, and brain health. These vitamins also aid in respiratory and kidney health. Also, oysters benefit the environment because their valves are capable of clearing an ecosystem of pollutants.
