World Gratitude Day
On September 21st, World Gratitude Day brings the entire world together in a day of gratitude. Individuals, nations, and organizations are among the many ways people, nations, and organizations are showing their gratitude in a variety of ways.
You may be wondering why we need a World Gratitude Day. Isn't that what Thanksgiving is for? Nevertheless, not every world observes Thanksgiving. There are just a few countries that have an official day of thanks besides the United States and Canada. Every person in every nation has the opportunity to reflect about what they are thankful for.
Did you know that having a sense of gratitude is helpful to you? Did you know that having a positive attitude of gratitude is helpful to you? Being thankful has positive results in physical, emotional, and several other areas of health. For example, practicing gratitude improves sleep, reduces anxiety levels, and improves the immune system. Gratitude also helps with depression symptoms and boosts self-confidence. If all of that weren't enough, practicing gratitude improves your social and career skills. How can you not want to be thankful with all the health benefits?

There are so many creative ways to commemorate World Gratitude Day. Gather a group together and play the Alphabet Gratitude Game. Write thank you notes and give them to those you love. Let dinner be shared as a family and let them know how grateful you are for them. tv. Ask each member of your family what they're grateful for.
Is there someone in your life that you're grateful for? A physician, tutor, babysitter, or a relative? Today, whatever it is, is a good day to tell them thank!

ORY IS HISTORY IN THE WORLD GRATITUDE DAY HISTORY IS a HISTORY. During Thanksgiving dinner in the United Nations building's meditation room, the idea of World Gratitude Day was introduced. Sri Chimnoy, a spiritual leader and meditation master, suggested a day of thanks to the entire world. On September 21, each member of the country agreed to hold a gratitude gathering each year.
A group that ran the meditation room in 1977 requested a charter that gave honor to World Gratitude Day. This occurred at the New York Headquarters during a special service that praised Sri Chimnoy for his service. It has been an annual event ever since.
