International Ataxia Awareness Day

There is no definite cause for ataxia in those people with ataxia. When a doctor is unable to determine the cause of the illness, it is called idiopathic ataxia.
150,000 people in the United States are affected by this rare disease. Ataxia affects 26 out of every 100,000 children worldwide, and there is no cure for ataxia... However, signs can be controlled.
