However, the first known publication of National Chicken Soup for the Soul Day, published in a magazine called Creative Forecasting, was published in 2002. A resident was given the option to read a Chicken Soup for the Soul book. This publisher creates activity lists for retirement facilities and other organizations. What started as a newsletter in 1989 has since expanded to a magazine and website.

A. When we're sick, there are a few things we do that help with the healing process. Many of those items are mixed in a single, steaming hot bowl, Chicken soup does all of those things. First, it helps to restore much-needed fluids. It also contains essential nutrients that give our bodies a boost. The ingredients are simple to digest, soo our bodies can concentrate on healing. The broth is usually made from boiling the chicken bones, which also contain other healing ingredients that help us to heal and reduce inflammation. Chicken soup is a favorite, but not necessarily the best.
