National Leadership Day

To celebrate leadership, National Leadership Day is set aside to celebrate the importance of leadership.. We examine the impact that leaders make in people's lives every year as they continue to educate themselves and others. On February 20th, we commemorated the impact that leaders make in people's lives.

If you think about it, one person in every relationship influences another, whether it be a parent or child, spouse or acquaintance, student or employee, employer or employee. Somebody is leading or influencing the other to do something or become something in our daily interactions with one another. This means that anyone can be a leader, whether you have a title or not.

We know that leadership is about growth – for yourself, your families, your efficiency, and your employees – when we talk about leadership. To lead well, you must embrace your desire for continuing education in order to be the best leader you can be.

The intention is to encourage people to assist others and be change agents and difference makers in someone's life. On National Leadership Day, we have the opportunity to teach people how to be a good leader and inspire them to be a positive agent of change in another person's life.

Recognizing leadership's value, acknowledging the importance of leadership

The national leadership day is the first national leadership day in history

In 2021, Maxwell Leadership Enterprise established National Leadership Day to highlight what it means to be a good leader. Anybody can lead, regardless of their title or position. You will see a difference right where you are when you understand the impact of your name. Once you understand the impact of your fame, you will see that you can make a difference right where you are. That is the power of leadership!

On February 20th, John C. Maxwell's 75th birthday is commemorated on this inaugural National Leadership Day in 2022. When others were writing about leadership, Maxwell began to distinguish leadership by pointing out the difference between managing (position/process-focused) and leading (people-focused). Thousands of readers, subscribers, and followers later, Maxwell has been recognized by Forbes, Inc 500, and several other organizations for his leadership. Over 90 books, millions of prepared leaders, and tens of millions of followers. He has also been given a Horatio Alger award for his contributions to service.
