The UN General Assembly approved a resolution designating June 27th as Micro-, Small, and Medium-sized Enterprises Day on April 6, 2017.. More than 5 billion people were co-sponsored by 54 member states, which represented over 5 billion people. The International Trade Centre has been named as the UN's top body for this observance.
