National Accessible Air Travel Day

On August 20, National Accessible Air Travel Day (NAB) focuses on the need for affordable air travel for people with disabilities.

We today, we emphasize the urgent need for affordable air travel for people with disabilities. While assisting people with disabilities and recognizing achievements, the day also encourages everyone to understand how airplane accommodations are essential for millions of people with disabilities to travel safely. History

All Wheels Up (AWU) is a non-profit group that raises money for safe and dignified air travel for people with disabilities. In 2022, the organization established National Accessible Air Travel Day (AWU), recognizing the need to raise concerns about the need to increase accessible air travel for people with disabilities. The only group to crash test wheelchairs for commercial flight with a wheelchair spot, AWU is focusing on funding and promoting safe air travel, with a focus on finding a wheelchair spot on planes.

AWU is committed to improving how people with disabilities travel, with a focus on: improving how people with disabilities travel.

There are currently 4 million wheelchair users in the United States and growing, according to All Wheels Up, there are currently 4 million wheelchair users in the United States and growing. According to the International Air Transport Association, world airline passenger traffic growth is expected to be at an annual rate of 3.8 percent. In fact, world air traffic demand is expected to increase from 3.5 billion passengers in 2015 to 7 billion by 2034.

Air travel is cheap, and affordable air travel is available by air travel

Customers are asked if they need special assistance when booking a flight. These questions are oftentimes vague, and it does not specify in detail what type of services are required. Since people with disabilities do not need the same services, it's impossible for people with disabilities to make further arrangements..
