National Cocoa Day

With National Cocoa Day, wehers in a holiday worthy of the winter holidays. What better way to warm up after a cold day outside than outside?

Cocoa powder, boiled milk or water, or sugar are all common ingredients used to make hot cocoa. Nevertheless, Americans often use hot chocolate and hot cocoa interchangeably, often causing a little confusion. There's a difference between the two beverages. We make hot chocolate by using cocoa butter-based ground chocolate. We make it with hot milk, and it is drinking chocolate. We like it with hot milk.

We make hot cocoa from cocoa powder. Through the fermentation, drying, roasting, and grinding process of cocoa beans, we produce a paste called chocolate liquor. They separate cocoa butter and leave cocoa powder by another process. To make hot cocoa, we use this cocoa powder. The result has very little fat and calories.
