On April 20th, National Look Alike Day honors those who appear to be another person. Many people who may well appear to be another person each year on April 20th honor those who may well be remembered as another individual. History is a product of the United States national look alike day
Jack Etzel, a broadcast television journalist, established National Look Alike Day in the 1980s. He was in downtown Pittsburgh with photographer Rick Minutello, desperately looking for a light feature for the news. "This guy coming toward us looks like Humphrey Bogart," Rick said. He did, cigarette and all. "Let's talk to him," Jack said. "I'll ask him what people think he looks like," I'll tell him. The same question was asked for a few hours by a couple of hours. Etzel got in touch with the Chase Calendar of Events people and declared Look Alike Day on the next day so that they could rely on the same humular tale for the next ten years..
