Most people are aware that animals can hurt. Many people also believe that animals can feel and perceive emotions. For these reasons, it's important to note that humans and animals are entitled to human rights. According to activists, humans should do everything they can to protect animal rights.

- Abstain from all animal use, including meat, leather, milk, wool, and silk
