When is National Beach Day?
Wednesday August 30thAll the sandy beaches around the country are commemorated on August 30th. It also helps keep those cleaning places clean, so we can continue to enjoy them long into the future.

Whether we spend time on beaches, lakes, or rivers, they provide recreation all summer long. A few of the things that have come to mind when considering de-escalating are swimming, water sports, and sunbathing. We also love playing Frisbee, volleyball, and long walks. On a hot summer day with friends, floating in the sea creates summer memories we'll cherish for years to come.
Often, just packing a few icy beverages and a good book will make a beach day perfect. We are, however, responsible for the beach's maintenance. Not only should we pack out what we packed in, but also following the beach rules. Safety and fun go hand in hand.
