Bugs Bunny, who is best known for his comedic antics, appeared in Warner Bros' Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons, including Marvin the Martian. Elmer Fudd, his illustrious hunter, was always the eminent hunter, but Elmer Fudd was the eminent hunter.

"What's up, doc?" continues to be associated with the humular bunny. Bugs Bunny first appeared in 1938 in Porky's Hare Hunt as a Happy Rabbit, but later developed his image as a Bugs Bunny in the 1940 A Wild Hare.
