When is National Lazy Day?

As you can see, there isn't much information about this annually observed holiday as we don't feel like doing any research... Well, we don't appear to be doing anything at all. As a result, we're in our hammocks with a few good books and glasses of lemonade and iced tea. Yes, it is a Lazy Day. We prefer to be lazy rather than learn more about this day.
