The quickest way to enjoy Lobster is to boil Lobster and then dip in melted butter. Lobster Newberg and Lobster Thermidor are two of our most popular lobster dishes. It's also the key ingredient in soup, bisque, lobster rolls, and salads.

These marine crustaceans live at the bottom of the ocean. Some people can live up to 100 years old if they avoid the lobster pot. Even though we now consider them a delicacy today, it wasn't always the case. The lobster received no culinary honor in colonial times. In fact, the pigs and goats ate more lobster than the well-to-do.

Although lobsters arrive on our tables in the red, they don't start out that way. They come in a variety of shades in the ocean. Any of these are yellow, green, or even blue.
