When is National Nougat Day?

On March 26th, the National Nougat Day candy bar's soft and chewy, or even hard and crunchy candy often found in a candy bar's center.

These three main varieties of nougats include:

1. Made with beaten egg whites and honey, White nougat is made with beaten egg whites and honey.
