When is Pretend To Be A Time Traveler Day?

On December 8th, Pretend to Be a Time Traveler Day encourages us to take a Tardis or flip open our Omni when wearing old clothing from the past. At the same time, we should be cautiously confused by such technologies. We should be able to be appropriately confused by them.
