Pharmacist Day is celebrated around the world every year on September 25th. On a global basis, this day focuses on the role pharmacists play in improving health.
You may well remember the pharmacist who fills your prescription when it comes to pharmacists. No wonder that it takes eight years of college to become a pharmacist.

The world pharmacist day is a landmark in history
In 2009 in Istanbul, Turkey, the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) established World Pharmacist Day. They selected September 25th because the FIP was established on this day in 1912 on this day in 1912.' Every year a theme is selected for World Pharmacist Day. Many in the industry promote the themes world-wide. These themes help pharmacists create national campaigns that highlight their work.
