World Photography Day
Every year, World Photography Day (also known as World Photo Day) commemorates photography's art, craft, mathematics, and history of photography. The day also encourages photographers from around the world to share a single image that encapsulates their world.
Photography Today The kind of photography we see today dates back to 1839. The Daguerreotype process was announced at the French Academy of Sciences at the time. The process made it possible to produce a highly detailed image on a sheet of copper. The sheet had been coated with a thin coat of silver, and the process did not require the use of a negative. It was the first method for getting a permanent image with a camera..
The Daguerreotype process was refined by George Eastman of Rochester, NY, 40 years later in 1884. For the paper, he called film, he replaced the copper plate with a dry gel on paper. This invention eliminated the need for photographers to carry heavy copper plates and hazardous chemicals. In 1888, Eastman invented the Kodak camera. Almost everybody was able to snap a picture thanks to the invention.
Many people no longer use film in their cameras due to the explosion of digital photography, many people no longer use film in their cameras. The history of world photography day has influenced history
The first World Photography Day was held on August 19, 2010. Photographers from around the world shared their images in a global online gallery on this date. People from over a hundred countries visited the online gallery. This event was the first official World Photography Day. The day is August 19th in France, as it is the date in 1839 that the government in France acquired the patent for the Daguerreotype process. The invention of the Daguerotype process, according to the French government, is a free gift to the world.
